The MU International Center and School of Music sponsor the inaugural year of their January intersession faculty-led program in Trinidad. MU professor Julia Gaines will lead a two-week, three credit hour program that is open to both MU undergraduate and graduate students, as well as non-MU enthusiasts with an interest in steel pans. New Book
Dr. Gaines first book, Sequential Studies for Four-Mallet Marimba, Level 1 will be published this Fall. This book breaks down four-mallet marimba technique from the very beginning.
